    The current status of your order can be viewed via the Jouw PostNL platform using your track & trace code.

    We aim to dispatch all orders within 24. We operate on a first come, first serve service. Orders are shipped in order of receipt.

    PostNL delivers your letters, cards and letterbox packages within the Netherlands from Tuesday to Saturday, usually within 24 hours. Do you use special shipping options? Then the delivery time may vary.

    It will be sent via e-mail, and can be found in the dealer portal under the heading my orders.

    International wholesale transport: De Rooy Transport

    Pallets within the Netherlands: Koomen Transport.

    All shipments are sent from our warehouse in Heinenoord.


    You can become a dealer at PePe Parts if you meet the following conditions: 

    We exclusively supply the two-wheeler trade.

    By the two-wheeler trade, we mean:
    Company number/chamber of commerce with the correct industry description.
    Physical shop with fixed normal opening hours.
    No home/fair and internet sales.

    Upon acceptance, our representative will contact you to make an appointment.

    In the dealer portal, you will find information on stock and delivery times. This allows you to view current stock information:

    If a product is not in stock, you can order it from us via a backorder/after delivery. As soon as the product is back in stock, it will be sent to you. 


    Via the search bar in our dealer portal, you can search in various ways: product name, brand, dimensions, category and article number. Are you looking for a product but can't find it? Send us a message via

    Receiving the confirmation e-mail can sometimes take a while. If you still have not received anything after half an hour, please check your "spam" folder. Sometimes it can happen that email providers rate our mails as spam. How can you prevent mails from ending up in the spam box by default? Check the following solutions for this Gmail and Outlook.

    Are you missing an item that was normally in our range? Please contact

    Sometimes it may take a bit longer for a product to come back in stock than you are used to from us. We are also dependent on delivery times from our suppliers. As soon as we receive the product again, we first fulfil the back orders and then the product is put back in stock on the website.
